2019: Infinite Potential Awaits (Plus New Year Intention Inspiration From Our Favorite Bloggers, Yog
Whether you believe in making resolutions or not, you have to admit there's something powerful about the New Year. There's really no better time to align a goal or intention with the calendar: It's a fresh journey for the sun and it can be for you, too.
We asked a few of our favorite bloggers, yoginis and wellness buffs what was on their agenda for 2019, in case you're in need of some inspiration.

EXPAND MY OFFERINGS TO HELP OTHERS FIND DIGITAL SUCCESS & HAVE A VAN LIFE EXPERIENCE ABROAD.
"I've become really passionate about writing and blogging... I get asked frequently how to set up a website, how to grow traffic, how to grow and Instagram account, etc. I would love to be able to help people and let them know what I have done to find success in those things. 2018 was a major learning year for me and I would love to pass that knowledge along in 2019. I would also love to do van life on another continent during 2019 as well! I think I'm going to rent a van in Europe or Australia and travel there to experience what it's like somewhere outside of North America. This one is strictly for fun but also so I'm able to write about it on my website."

BE MORE ACTIVE ON A DAILY BASIS & GO DEEPER IN MY YOGA PRACTICE, ATTENDING 200YTT.
"My last year's resolution was to start a new activity after a whole year traveling. I can clearly state I discovered a new passion instead of a simple activity: yoga. After having attended classes and learning a lot by myself, I want to reach the next level: deepening my practice and starting to teach it. I also want to be more active on a daily basis. It's something I'm really struggling with as I'm a university student and I can spend many hours in a chair revising. I'm really motivated in finding a new equilibrium between the student life and my desire to be more active.

SLOW DOWN, RECENTER & RECONNECT MORE TO WHAT TRULY MATTERS.
"We have learned in the past year that life is very short and so much precious time is spent on unimportant things instead of doing something that truly matters. We want to take that lesson seriously and focus more on actually living life instead of just existing so that one day we know that we have no regrets."

BE MORE INTENTIONAL WITH TIME SPENT ONLINE.
"In 2018 I spent way too much time mindlessly scrolling through social media, looking for something that doesn’t exist and getting caught up in other people’s highlight reels. It is kind of scary how compulsively I find myself opening up Instagram or Facebook, and then I think to myself, "why did I even open this?" I think in moments of lulls in our lives we feel uncomfortable to just be with ourselves and we try to fill those moments with distractions, which takes us out of our sense of being and out of the present. I think that the trap of social media is that it can quickly go from a healthy source of inspiration to an unhealthy cycle of comparison and seeking validation. With my platform, I try to post helpful and practical wellness tips that empower people to live their best lives. I think that social media should be treated as a tool and not just something to do in moments of interlude. I hope that by being more intentional with my internet use I will break the habit of mindless scrolling, and fill those moments of pause with mindfulness instead. Happy New Year to everyone, sending you all so much love!"

TO PRACTICE YOGA MORE OFTEN IN THE STUDIO.
"My practice is less mindful at home where the distractions are abundant. It's too easy to get pulled off the mat to check something off my to do list or answer messages. It affects my ability to tune out of the external and tap into my body. My intention is to practice at the studio more often, to lessen those distractions, and focus on the mind-body connection."
